Welcome to the ACT Government COVID-19 Small Business Hardship Scheme online application service, powered by SmartyGrants.

Please ensure you have read the COVID-19 Small Business Hardship Scheme Guidelines and Terms & Conditions before starting your application. This is a one-off reimbursement program and you will not be able to submit multiple applications for the same ABN. 

Please progress with the application as prompted and save your application as you progress. If you wish to leave a partially completed application, press 'save and close' and log out. When you log back in and click on the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen, you will find a list of any applications you have started or submitted. You can only reopen your draft application.
